table below gives the price range for each season.
In outline, on a per person basis per week, the price works
out from about €145 (low season) to €390 (highest
season), when the house is full. (That's about £100 to
£265, or in dollars about $185 to $490).
The house sleeps 10 people with ease & can be extended
to 13, or 14 on request. |

Additional pricing details
- Electricity, included in price.
- Unlimited use of broadband Internet connection, included. ADSL
broadband modem/server and computer terminal supplied, plus countless
RJ45 sockets for connecting laptops. Free use of broadband wifi on request (security protected).
- We have a house phone with London number, which gives us 2p/minute call rates to the UK, and unlike moble phones abroad, no inbound call charges. You can save a fortune on mobile phone charges while you are away. Read more.
- Weekly bed linen change: included for visitors staying for 2 or
3 weeks. Additional cleaning if required can usually be arranged
when you are there, at a price to be agreed with the caretaker.
- Final cleaning: 100.
- Rental prices and extras based on up to 10 visitors staying in the
house. Extra beds and linen can be arranged on request, up to 3
people max, small extra charge.
- Two child cots available on request, no charge.
- Winter central heating supplement (recommended from Mid October
to March): 165 pw covers av. cost.
- Wood for open fire - by arrangement with gardener.

- Prices are per week in € Euros. (Approximate £UK equivalent
is also given in the second column above).
- Stay is Sunday to Sunday.
- Arrival time is 4pm, though this can sometimes be earlier if the
cleaning has finished. Departure time is 9am.
- A down-payment of 25% of the price above is payable on booking
and agreement of letting terms. When the deposit is received, the
booking is confirmed. The balance (75%) must be paid 8 weeks before
arrival.
- A refundable security deposit is also payable before arrival,
against losses such as damage to the property or any of its contents.
- Groups of 4 people 2 occupying up to 2 bedrooms (so 2 couples) will be given a
discount of 5% for each week. For a single couple using one bedroom
the figure is 7.5%.
- Temporary visitors outside the "official" group may stay in the
house, subject to prior agreement and a small charge to cover linen,
towels.
- Different prices and conditions apply for TV and film or movie
production companies wishing to use the house or gardens as a location
for shooting TV dramas, cinema films / movies.
