In outline, on a per person basis per week, the price works
out from about €150 (low season) to €360 (highest
season) when the house is full, and less than this if the apartment is also full.

The villa is available only as a whole. You can't hire individual rooms. The house sleeps 10 people in 5 bedrooms with ease, & can be extended
to 13 (or 14 on special request). The extra apartment, for which there is a fee, allows you to accommodate an extra 4 people, that's 17 in all.

Last-minute price reduction |

If there are any weeks left, which can sometimes happen even in the high season in Granada, you can save a lot by booking at the last minute, and taking advantage of these large price reductions. Usually the villa is fully booked in the summer from April to October, but there are sometimes some last minute bookings that can be made. In the winter the villa is popular at new year and at Christmas. The snow in the mountains attracts skiers until April, but there is usally the odd week available at the last minute, if your time is flexible.

academics, sabbatical lets, and similar families, following
successful visits from families travelling from the UK, US, Germany and
elsewhere in recent years. |

Additional pricing details
- Electricity, included in price.
- Unlimited use of broadband Internet connection, included. ADSL
broadband modem/server and computer terminal supplied, plus countless
RJ45 sockets for connecting laptops. Free use of broadband wifi on request (security protected).
- We have a house phone with a UK number, which enables cheap calls to landlines anywhere in the world, and unlike mobile phones abroad, no inbound call charges. It can also be convenient for your friends. Read more.
- Extra change of bed linen change: included weekly for visitors staying for 2 or
3 weeks. Additional cleaning if required can usually be arranged
when you are there, at a price to be agreed with the caretaker.
- Final cleaning: €120 (work for 4 hours, 3-4 people).
- Rental prices and extras based on up to 10 visitors staying in the
house. Extra beds and linen can be arranged on request, up to 3
people max, small extra charge.
- Two child cots available on request, no charge.
- Winter central heating supplement (recommended from Mid October
to March): €175 pw for villa, €40 for apartment.
- Wood for open fire - by arrangement with gardener.

- Prices are per week in € Euros.
- Stay is Sunday to Sunday.
- Arrival time is 4pm, though this can sometimes be earlier if the
cleaning has finished. Departure time is 9am.
- A down-payment of 30% of the house rent is payable on booking
and agreement of letting terms. When the deposit is received, the
booking is confirmed. The balance (70%) must be paid 8 weeks before
arrival.
- A refundable security deposit is also payable before arrival,
against losses such as damage to the property or any of its contents.
- Groups of 4 people occupying up to 2 bedrooms (so 2 couples) will be given a
discount of 5% for each week. For a single couple using one bedroom
the figure is 7.5%.
- Different prices and conditions apply for TV and film or movie
production companies wishing to use the house or gardens as a location
for shooting TV dramas, cinema films / movies.
